Welcome to our yoga community. By enrolling in our yoga classes, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which are designed to foster a safe, welcoming, and harmonious environment for all participants. Please review these terms carefully, as your participation constitutes acceptance and understanding of these conditions.

1. Registration and Payment

  • All students must complete the registration process before attending any yoga class, workshop, or event.

  • Payment for classes, whether single sessions, packages, or memberships, must be made in full prior to participation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.

  • Fees, pricing structures, and special offers are subject to change at the discretion of the studio with prior notice communicated via email or the official website.

  • Payments are generally non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Attendance and Conduct

  • Participants are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to allow for a smooth check-in process and to prepare for practice.

  • Late arrivals may only be admitted at the discretion of the instructor

in order to maintain a quiet and uninterrupted environment for all.

  • Appropriate attire for yoga practice, including comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, is required. Footwear should be removed before entering the practice area.

  • Personal hygiene is essential out of respect for oneself and others; participants are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid strong scents or perfumes.

  • Please silence all mobile phones and electronic devices before entering the class area.

  • Respectful behaviour towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants is mandatory. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the class and potential suspension from future participation.

3. Health, Safety, and Medical Disclaimer

  • Participants must inform instructors of any physical injuries, medical conditions, or special needs prior to beginning any class.

  • It is the responsibility of each participant to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity, including yoga, especially if suffering from any medical condition, injury, or pregnancy.

  • The studio, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries sustained during class participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, unless such injury results from proven gross negligence on the part of the studio or its representatives.

  • Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and to practice within their own physical limits. Modifications are available upon request.

  • In case of emergency, participants agree to allow the studio to seek medical assistance on their behalf if deemed necessary.

Refund policy

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Single session bookings may be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund or credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the class fee.

  • For class packages or memberships, refunds will only be considered under extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) with supporting documentation and upon approval by studio management.

  • Workshops, retreats, and special events may have unique cancellation terms; these will be detailed at the time of booking.

  • If a class is cancelled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a rescheduled class, credit, or refund.

5. Class Packages and Validity

  • Class passes and packages have specific validity periods as stated at the time of purchase.

  • Extensions on validity are granted only at the discretion of the studio in the case of illness, injury, or other unforeseen circumstances, and may require documentation.

  • Class packages are non-transferable and may not be shared with others unless explicitly stated in the offer.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to class.

  • It is recommended that valuables not be brought to the studio. Designated storage areas are provided for shoes and bags; use is at your own risk.

7. Photography, Video, and Privacy

  • Photography and recording during classes are permitted only with prior consent from both the instructor and all class participants.

  • The studio may occasionally take photos or videos for promotional purposes. Consent will be requested prior to featuring any identifiable individual.

  • All personal and registration information provided is treated as confidential and used only for the purposes of class administration, communication, and emergency contact.

8. Changes to Schedule and Instructors

  • The studio reserves the right to alter class schedules, substitute instructors, or cancel classes as needed, with reasonable notice provided whenever possible.

  • Efforts will be made to notify participants of changes via email, text message, or updates on the studio’s website or social media channels.

9. Code of Conduct and Community Values

  • Respect for the physical and emotional space of others is fundamental; harassment, bullying, or discrimination on any grounds will not be tolerated.

  • Open and constructive feedback is encouraged, but must be communicated respectfully and through appropriate channels.

  • The practice of yoga is inclusive and non-competitive; honour your own journey and support fellow practitioners in theirs.

10. Liability Waiver

  • By participating in any class, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and waive any and all claims against the studio, its staff, or instructors for injury, loss, or damages, except where prohibited by law.

  • You agree to comply with all studio policies and directions issued by instructors for your safety and the safety of others.

11. Children and Minors

  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless participating in a specifically designated children’s class.

  • Parents or guardians remain responsible for the conduct and supervision of their children at all times while on studio premises.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio operates, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

13. Acceptance of Terms

  • By registering for, attending, or participating in any yoga class or event organised by the studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from participating in our classes and contact us to discuss your concerns.
